Astronomy

I have always had an interest in Astronomy. In high school I got an 8" Dynamax Schmidt-Cassegrain-Catadioptric telescope. I used to shoot 35mm film, mostly slides. Then I sort of started shooting less and less. The advent of digital SLR cameras reawakened the desire to take some astro photos. I only re-started a few months ago but it sure looks promising. Another technique that looks like fun is digiscoping.
I recently joined an astronomy club. The Calumet Astronomical Society I am looking forward to some pleasant evenings of stargazing with some nice company.
